Mr. McCarthy has acquired tremendous expertise and concrete knowledge of real estate through the mentoring and influence of a family that has been in the real estate industry for generations. He is a graduate of Wagner College and received his Masters of Business Administration from Fordham Business School. Mr. McCarthy is extremely knowledgeable about all facets of development. He has over ten years of real estate experience and has trained and collaborated with some of the best developers in the country, thus stemming his impressive development and completion of marketable projects. Prior to the founding of McCarthy International, Mr. McCarthy was vice president at PRM Realty, during which he co-managed its New York office and spent four years under the direct tutelage of PRM’s founder, Mr. Peter Morris. He is the founder of McCarthy International. His diversified experience, coupled with a real estate oriented upbringing, provides a strong core and foundation to McCarthy International employees and clients alike.

Craig Spivey

Craig Spivey . Principal - MBA

Craig Spivey joined McCarthy International in 2006. Spivey carries impressive ivy-league credentials; he is a graduate of Brown University and received his Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School. Additionally, Spivey has four solid years of real estate experience. Prior to joining McCarthy International, he spent fourteen years on Wall Street, twelve years at Morgan Stanley, global financial and asset management firm, and his last two years at HSBC where he was Managing Director. Spivey’s diversified portfolio, from extensive knowledge of economics and politics of developing and developed nations, to management of assets to strategic implementation of stock financing, has brought richness and invaluable solutions to McCarthy International.

Shawn Waterman

Shawn Waterman . VP - Logistics - MBA

A fellow scholar to Mr. McCarthy, Shawn Waterman received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management and his Masters of Business Administration in International Business from Wagner College. Mr. Waterman has spent the last three years enhancing his negotiation skills, due diligence, and operational management skills within the Labor Union Industry. Prior to the development and enhancing of his already prominent industry knowledge, Waterman spent three years at Conklin Services and Construction, one of the North East's leading environmental consulting and construction company. While at Conklin, Mr. Waterman's responsibilities included financial analysis, cost- benefit studies, risk management and investment analysis. In addition, Waterman was involved in the environmental assessment process and the managing of all foremen on Conklin construction sites.

Hal Wilkins

Hal Wilkins . VP - Planning and Engineering

Mr. Wilkins is the President and CEO of Ramsey, McLaren, – Planning + Engineering, LLC, a consulting firm founded in 1978 and providing comprehensive land planning, permitting, and engineering services to US and international landowners and developers. Mr. Wilkins and Ramsey, McLaren personnel have extensive experience in residential and commercial land development and specialize in resort master planning; securing regulatory approvals, variances, and entitlements; negotiating with environmental advocates and organizations; project capital budgeting; project management; etc. Mr. Wilkins received his MBA from Norwich University and maintains currency in numerous areas of his professional practice through attendance at programs at the MIT Center for Real Estate, Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and universities in New England and New York State. Ramsey, McLaren has provided services for clients as diverse as General Mills, Eddie Bauer, Talbots, Eastern Mountain Sports, an Alaskan Native Corporation, numerous New England schools and towns, and several industrial ventures in Germany, Western Russia, and Siberia. The company's work for McCarthy International includes residential and commercial projects in New York State, New England, and Panama.

Brett Marks

Brett Marks . VP - Project Development

Marks is a proven executive with an impressive track record of successful growth, in developing and building companies. Marks co- founded Clearview Cinemas (AMEX "CLV") & Access Integrated Technologies (NASDAQ "AIXD"). As a principal, he acquired 26 companies and raised $500 million through private placements, IPOs and PIPE transactions. Marks successfully integrated all acquired companies into one parent company and demonstrated vision and foresight, creating a billion dollar industry that did not exist prior to 2004. This industry provided digital delivery of content to movie theaters across the United States with consistent growing revenues and profitability. He brings a multitude of talents to McCarthy International as well as knowledge of profit stability and industry management.

Pat Intra-Aksorn . VP - Investor Relations

Pat Intra-Aksorn is responsible for capital sourcing and investor relations activities for McCarthy International. Pat, also a graduate of Wagner College, joined McCarthy International after 6 years with Bellehaven, a boutique Fixed Income Asset Manager, developing and cultivating relationships for the firm's Institutional and Private clients. Pat has demonstrated a steady track record of success in business development with an emphasis on client service, sales, managing high profile relationships and networking.
