McCarthy International, founded in 1997 by Ryann McCarthy, is a real estate development company based in Bedford, New York. Our approach to development is one of innovation and opportunism. We do not favor or pursue one type of project (residential, resort, or commercial) over another, but rather evaluate each opportunity for its potential to garner safe, dependable, and sizeable returns. As a result, we have developed several different project types, identifying and seizing opportunities wherever they arise around the world. We will continue to pursue this strategy.
